Posters will be displayed for the full duration of ICNR2026, with an extended Exhibition and Poster Session on Thursday, October 01, 2026. We have now closed the call for Late-Breaking Abstracts.

Poster guidelines (updated Sept. 8, 2026):

  • Maximum poster width is 90cm
  • Maximum poster height is 150cm
  • Poster orientation is portrait/vertical orientation
  • Authors are free to create their own poster design; there are no particular style requirements

Poster presenters must make their own arrangements to print and bring their posters to the venue; we do not have poster printing services and posters should not be shipped to the venue.

Fixation material will be provided on site.

Details regarding assigned poster slots and poster locations for each track will be posted later. Poster presenters must set up and remove their posters during the following times:

Poster Set-up

    • Tuesday, September 29 | 18:00-19:00 KST
    • Wednesday, September 30 | 08:00-08:30 KST
    • The poster panel vendor will be setting up the poster panels from 16:00 to 18:00 KST on Tuesday, September 29.

Coffee Breaks/Poster Browsing

    • Poster presenters are welcome to stand at their poster during the coffee breaks, but are not required to.
    • Wednesday, September 30 | 10:45-11:15 and 16:00-16:30 KST
    • Thursday, October 01 | 10:45-11:15 KST
    • Friday, October 02 | 10:45-11:15 KST

Extended Exhibition and Poster Session

    • Poster presenters should stand at their poster for the duration of the Poster Session.
    • Thursday, October 01 | 16:30-19:00 KST

Poster Removal

    • Friday, October 02 | Until 16:00 KST
    • The poster panel vendor will be breaking down the poster panels starting at 16:00 KST
