ICNR2026 Oral Presentation Guidelines (Updated September 12, 2026)

Thank you for contributing to ICNR2026. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing your work with the international neurorehabilitation community.

The assignment of your contribution as an oral presentation has been communicated previously. Please review the information below carefully to help ensure that your presentation runs smoothly and that all presentations can remain on schedule.

Presentation Format and Timing

Oral presentations will be organized into sessions with 3, 4, 5 or 6 presentations. The time allocated to each presentation depends on the session format:

Session                    Presentation                  Q&A                       Total allocated time

6 presentations            12 minutes               2–3 minutes                         14–15 minutes

5 presentations            15 minutes               2–3 minutes                         17–18 minutes

4 presentations            18 minutes               3–4 minutes                         21–22 minutes

3 presentations             25 minutes                  5 minutes                               30 minutes

Please plan your presentation carefully so that you do not exceed the allocated presentation time. Session chairs will be responsible for keeping the sessions on schedule and may need to interrupt presentations that run beyond their allotted time.

Questions and Discussion

Each presentation will be followed by a brief period for questions and discussion. The time available for Q&A depends on the session format, as indicated above.

Presenters are encouraged to leave sufficient time for discussion and to conclude their presentation promptly when their allocated presentation time has ended.

Presentation Equipment

The following basic presentation equipment will be available in the conference rooms:

– Computer
– Projector/screen
– Laser pointer

Presenters may also choose to use their own computer for their presentation. If you plan to use your own computer, please bring any necessary HDMI adapters or other connectors required to connect your device to the conference room audiovisual system.

We require that presenters test their presentation and connection before their session.

Coordination with Session Chairs

Presenters are encouraged to get in touch with their session chair(s) in advance of the conference if they have specific questions or requirements concerning their presentation or the organization of their session.

Session chairs may provide additional instructions regarding the format of the session, presentation order, timing, discussion, or other session-specific arrangements.

The name(s) of the session chair(s) and the final session details is provided in the ICNR2026 scientific program.

Preparing Your Presentation

Please ensure that your presentation is prepared in a format compatible with standard presentation software and that all videos, animations, fonts, and other embedded elements have been tested in advance.

We recommend keeping a backup copy of your presentation readily available, either on a USB drive or accessible through your own computer.

Above all, please respect the allocated presentation time. Keeping presentations on schedule is essential to ensure that all speakers have the opportunity to present their work and that attendees can participate fully in the scientific program.

We look forward to your presentation and to an exciting and engaging ICNR2026 scientific program.
