Accepted Contributions to the conference:

Now that the submitted abstracts have been peer reviewed and accepted, please complete all of the following no later than May 29th, 2026:

Author Early bird Registration: Please complete your early bird registration and payment. We have extended the early bird registration to May 29, 2026 as well.

  • We strongly recommend you also book your hotel room now as well, as our special rate and room blocks will expire at some point (depending ops the hotel) or when the rooms block is sold out.
  • If you are submitting more than two contributions, you will need to complete an additional registration and fee:
    • “General” allows up to 2 manuscripts
    • “Student” allows only 1 manuscript.
    • Please make sure you include a comment “Additional registration to cover 3rd/4th/etc. papers” both in the registration and payment comment fields to indicate that it is not a duplicate.

No later than May 29: Log into your EasyChair account (https://easychair.org/) and in your existing EasyChair abstract submission, click the <Add file> link in the right sidebar, and please upload all of the following in one zipped folder:

  • Revise your abstract per provided reviewer feedback, and provide a Word/Latex file as well as a PDF file of your camera-ready abstract. As per our publishers’ request (to ensure that the book of proceedings is ready by the ICNR2026 start date), please follow these instructions:
    • Authors can choose to work with word or latex. You should either use a blank single-column Word document or the standard single-column LaTeX article class and apply the default settings and styles (e.g., for heading styles, lists, footnotes, etc.).
    • Each contribution should begin with an abstract that summarizes its content in no more than 200 words. The abstract will appear online at SpringerLink and be available with unrestricted access to facilitate online searching, using e.g. Google, and allow unregistered users to read the abstract as a teaser for the complete chapter.
    • Include a reference list at the end of your contribution so that readers of single contributions of the Proceedings can make full use of the citations. Please, cite with reference numbers in square brackets either sequential by citation or according to the sequence in an alphabetized list: [3, 7, 12].
    • For authors working with word: please avoid inserting equations as graphic files. Use the Math function of Word 2003 or 2007, MathType or Microsoft Equation Editor to create your equations.
    • Please include all affiliations and e-mail addresses (at least corresponding author) in the contribution you submit to the book editors. The e-mail addresses will be used by SpringerNature to provide authors with a personal account where they can download a free copy of the Proceedings upon publication.
    • Permissions for any material authors want to reuse from previous publication should be obtained by the corresponding publisher they want to reuse. You can GET PERMISSION online by using RightsLink. Moreover, Springer is a STM signatory publisher. Other signatory publishers and their guidelines for permission can be found here. For content for which permissions may not be requested via rightslink, you may ask the Proceedings editors for advice or for a specific form that can be provided by Springer.
    • Springer self-archiving policy can be found here. Please note that policies are different for OPEN ACCESS (OA) and NON-OA Proceedings. You will find everything on that page.
    • For each figure, please also create the alt text – a textual description of the image that can be shown in case the image cannot be seen. Here you will find additional information. The alt text can be submitted in form of an excel file – see example attached. The alt text is not the legend, it is more concise, it is not explaining any results showed on the figure.
  • The final zipped submission via EasyChair should include:
    • All source files (word or latex, and figure/tables files) + alt text excel file.
    • PDF of the contribution.
    • Signed contributor agreement – also called LTP, available here.
    • If any permission was received, please include it.

Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in your paper being excluded from the final conference program and proceedings.

We are looking forward to you participating in ICNR2026 and to the valuable discussions your work will inspire.
