The MS Word and Latex ICNR2026 2-page Extended Abstract templates can be found here.
Please, ensure you follow the indicated formatting instructions (references are not inclusive in the page limit).
Create a pdf version of your Extended Abstract.
Log into the EasyChair platform at https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=icnr2026.
Follow instructions to submit your abstract:
- Select the ICNR2026 Track that best suits the topic of your Extended Abstract. If no Track is appropriate, please select the “General ICNR2026” Track.
- For each author, please fill out the requested information.
- Enter the title and the abstract of your Extended Abstract as plain text.
- Type a list of keywords.
- Select topics (Special Sessions or Workshops) relevant to your submission from the list provided, which is specific for the Track your first selected.
- Please, indicate if you want your Extended Abstract to be considered for an oral presentation (in the Special Session you’ve selected) or for a poster.
- Please, indicate if you would like your paper to be considered for a post-conference publication in a journal.
- Upload the pdf version of your Extended Abstract.
- Submit.
